New York State Empire Passport

New York State Empire Passport, The Empire Passport is an all-season pass to access New York State parks and beaches. This annual Empire Pass provides unlimited day use vehicle entry to most of New York's State parks and recreational facilities for just $65!

Enjoy the parks, beaches, the lakefronts in your state parks. You can go every day if you like year round. The Passport provides access to 178 state parks, 55 Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) forest preserve areas, as well as to boat launch sites, arboretums and park preserves.

Fees:
Available for only $65*, the 2010 Passport is accepted now through March 31, 2011.

Order your New York Empire Passport Online or Call (518) 474-0458 (TDD 518-486-1899) for telephone orders; Visit your nearest state park (call for hours) or state park regional office.

Complete and mail your New York State Empire Passport application (pdf) to:

Submitted applications are processed in order of receipt. *A discount of $3 per passport will automatically be applied to the purchase of 25 or more Empire Passports. Orders of 50 or more will be discounted by $6 per passport.

Guidelines for Use:

• The Empire Passport must be permanently affixed to car window. The Empire Passport is not valid unless permanently affixed to a window on the vehicle's driver's side. The Empire Passport is only usable for passenger vehicles.
