Robert Moses Field 3 has a smaller beach than Field 2. It has the feel of a small town beach with the beauty of a large beach. There are lifeguards in the swimming areas during the open season. There is an area for Surfing/Boogie boarding and Surf Fishing.
Directions: 48 miles from Manhattan, via Southern State Parkway to Robert Moses Causeway (exit 40), south to Park at western end of Fire Island. Once you reach the pencil, veer to the right. Field 3 is on the beach side just past Field 2.Park Information
