Robert Moses Field 4 is similar to Field 2. There are lifeguards in the swimming areas during the open season. There is an area for Surfing/Boogie boarding and Surf Fishing.
Directions: 48 miles from Manhattan, via Southern State Parkway to Robert Moses Causeway (exit 40), south to Park at western end of Fire Island. Once you reach the pencil, veer around it towards the left. Field 4 is the frst beach on the left (beach side).Park Information
